The experience begins with a collective grape harvest in our biodynamic vineyards. We will show you what healthy vines in full strength look like.
Forget presses. We process the grapes traditionally – by treading in a vat. It is the gentlest and purest way to release the soul of the future wine.
Together we will place the mash into kvevri – giant clay vessels buried in the ground in our cellar at the St. Ursula Monastery. It is here, in silence and constant temperature, that the wine ferments using its own wild yeasts.
After six months, we will invite you back. Come and see the result of your work when we open the vessels and taste for the first time what we have created together with nature.
Invite your colleagues, business partners or clients for an unforgettable day in the vineyards. A tour of the vineyard, wine tasting directly in the field, stories about biodynamic farming and moments together in nature – all in the unique environment of the Kutná Hora region. We will adapt the program to your needs, whether you are planning a teambuilding, a reward for employees or a meeting with clients.
We will organize a private tasting for you in the premises of the St. Ursula Monastery. Capacity up to 60 people, possibility of accompanying program including live music.
